The NACGSA assessment methodology endorsed by the CorporateGovernance Council chaired by the Securities Commission Malaysia draws uponinternationally recognised frameworks, including the ASEAN Corporate GovernanceScorecard, the G20/OECD Corporate Governance Principles, the Malaysian Code onCorporate Governance (MCCG), as well as sustainability criteria aligned with BursaMalaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Framework.
