2022 MAMA Awards will be available live to all Astro customers on 29 and 30 November, 3pm for Red Carpet and at 5pm for the awards ceremony, from Osaka’s Kyocera Dome, Japan. This year’s Awards features two days of back-to-back thrilling performances by the hottest K-idols including:
- 29 November: J-Hope (BTS), Stray Kids, TXT, JO1, Kep1er, HYOLYN, Forestella, BIBI, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, a special dance from Street Fighter crew members, and more.
- 30 November: ITZY, TREASURE, ENHYPEN, IVE, ZICO, Lim Young Woong, (G)I-DLE, NiziU, INI, NewJeans, Tiger JK and more.
Nominees for the 2022 MAMA Awards include a mix of top ranking K-pop icons such as BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, GOT7, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, NCT DREAM, (G)I-DLE, TWICE, ATEEZ, ITZY, ASTRO, and more. The ceremony will also recognise fan favorite K-idols in ‘Worldwide Icon of the Year’ and ‘Worldwide Fans’ Choice’ categories.
Additionally, during this complimentary viewing, customers can continue to enjoy popular K-variety shows, including:
- Surprise quiz show ‘You Quiz On The Block’, featuring popular co-host Yoo Jae-Suk from Running Man and Jo Se-ho, every Thursday, at 10.30pm.
