All Astro customers can enjoy the premiere of local comedy-documentary series, ‘M.A.C.C.’ (Malaysian Association of Chinese Comedians), featuring four popular Malaysian comedians Douglas Lim, Kuah Jenhan, Phoon Chi Ho and Dr Jason Leong, from 8 to 15 September at 8.30pm on Hello (CH 702) and Astro GO. Customers can also stream episodes on demand, after their TV premiere.
Produced, written, and directed by their youngest and perhaps most sentimental member, Kuah Jenhan, the ‘M.A.C.C.’ series reveals never-before-seen footage from their final tour together, ‘MACC Mania X: The Goodbye Tour’ in 2019. This documentary is a love-letter to their fans saying, "Thank you, and good night" one last time.
All Astro customers can catch exclusive behind-the-scenes moments, intimate interviews, and more hilarious antics from this final tour together which celebrates a decade of friendship.
Shot across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, ‘M.A.C.C.’ explores the history along with the ups and downs of the group, and examines the impact these four stand-up comedians have had in the local comedy scene and beyond.
Customers can also catch ‘MACC Mania X: The Goodbye Tour’ on 16 September, 11pm on Hello (CH 702), Astro GO and on demand.
