Astro Studios offers an extensive, integrated suite of services for storytellers, producers & directors alike. The many exciting features includes cutting-edge technologies such as XR (Extended Reality) virtual production powered by Unreal Engine, innovative IP-video solutions for high-quality remote broadcast productions, and audio-visual post- production for cinema, broadcast and streaming in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

Astro Studios consists of three major units - Astro Productions, Astro Sound+Vision, and Astro Design+Motion.

Astro Productions handles live and recorded broadcast productions in-studio or remotely, with standard hard sets and XR virtual sets. On-going productions include Astro’s English Premier League and Malaysia Football League coverage, and Family Feud Malaysia, the first ever virtual version of this popular global game show in its 48-year history.
Astro Sound+Vision provides complete and cohesive visual and audio post-production for feature films, series, documentaries, commercials and other media content, for cinema, broadcast and streaming. Services include online edit, colour grade, full digital lab services, 4K/HDR output, sound design, foley, audio engineering, location/studio recording and final mix, completed in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
Astro Design+Motion comprises artists and creators of graphics, animation and XR environments for physical and virtual productions on-screen and on-stage, powered by tools such as Unreal Engine. Key clients include Moonton Games, operator of Southeast Asia’s premier “Mobile Legends” gaming platform.
