10 March 2022, Kuala Lumpur– Starting today, Netflix will beavailable for streaming on the High Definition (HD) enabled Astro Ulti Boxallowing customers to stream all the films and shows they love all in one placewith Astro. The addition of Netflix on the Ulti Box comes after the launch ofNetflix on Astro’s 4K UHD enabled UItra Box last November with all-new Astropacks.
For Astro customers currently onthe Ulti Box, they can upgrade their current pack to any of Astro’s newpackages with Entertainment Plus with Netflix to enjoy greater savings and theconvenience of paying an all-in-one bill.
As part of this update, customerscan now access Netflix content such as ThePirates: The Last Royal Treasure (now streaming), The Adam Project (launching11 March), Love Like the Falling Petals (launching 24 March) and Bridgerton:Season 2 (launching 25 March), alongside Astro’s signature originals andinternational content such as Big Stage2022, Jangan Menangis Cinta, Take CTRL, Military Prosecutor Doberman, Kill Heel,The X Project, Royal Feast, Big Stage Tamil and many more for an excitingentertainment experience.
The Ulti Box is a sleek andcompact set-top-box with HD and Wi-Fi capabilities and its remote control makesnavigating easy and intuitive. Existing Astro customers with the EntertainmentPlus Pack or Netflix can access Netflix on the Ulti Box via the Home Screen byselecting the Netflix app on the Apps row or tuning in to Channel 741. NewNetflix and Astro customers without the Entertainment Plus Pack can sign up forNetflix when they launch Netflix from the home screen and click on “Join Now”.
