Aspiring Malaysian talents aged 18 to 35 years old are invited to participate in the Ultimate Star Search 2022 on Astro for a chance to begin a career as a TV or radio host. Walk-in auditions will be held at three locations including Johor Bahru, Penang and Kuala Lumpur as below:
• 8 September: Agenda Suria Shopping Carnival, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru
• 29 September: Agenda Suria Shopping Carnival, Dewan Sri Mariamman, Butterworth, Penang
• 15 October: Agenda Suria Shopping Carnival, Open Carpark B, National Sports Complex, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

We hope that the Ultimate Star Search 2022 on Astro will inspire and empower more aspiring local hosts and announcers to chase their dreams in the local entertainment industry.”
During the audition, participants can also showcase their talents as a host or announcer, as well as an option to perform a dance or a song, from the selection available on Astro Ulagam. After the initial audition on the dates above, shortlisted contestants will be required to return the following day. Subsequently, three finalists from each location will be invited to participate in the grand finale on 21 October at Agenda Suria Shopping Carnival, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
Ultimate Star Search 2022 is presented by U Mobile and in collaboration with ASC Agenda Suria Communication. More information will be available on Astro Ulagam from end-August.
