Astro is delighted to announce the return of its popular local Tamil travelogue, Rasikka Rusikka Reloaded for Season 7 premiering on 13 September, 9pm on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202) via TV, Astro GO, On Demand and sooka. This season features Bala Ganapathi William fondly known as BGW as a host who is also making his directorial debut this season.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year since the premiere of the first season in 2014, Rasikka Rusikka Reloaded which truly has a special place in the hearts of viewers of all ages, will showcase a wide range of food options from both urban and countryside areas. Season 7 embraces the harmonious bond between food and culture in our diversified country with elements of entertainment alongside insightful information for the viewers. BGW who’s well known for reviewing food will be traveling to various locations including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Sekinchan, Seremban, Nilai, Ipoh, Tapah, Kuala Kangsar and more whilst exploring a variety of cuisines along the way with four main courses in each episode and a quick bite in selected episodes.
