Astro customers can look forward to the premiere of the local Tamil crime thriller series Dejavu 375. This Vinmeen exclusive series will premiere on 18 December, 9pm on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202) via TV, Astro GO and On Demand.
Directed by renowned local filmmaker and actor, Govind Singh, Dejavu 375 features prominent local talent, Moon Nila in a dual role alongside other talented local artistes including Surrya Prakash, Aanantha Rajaram, Shamini, David Anthony, MJ Nada and many more with a return of prominent actress Jeyashree. Produced by Yuges and Suresh from Reacch Productions, this crime thriller series revolves around a young lawyer, Bairavi who is wheelchair-bound and takes charge of a serial sexual assault case. She is determined to hunt down the criminal to bring justice to the victims. The series begin with girls being abducted in the city and takes a twist when Bairavi decides to represent the accused person in court although she is aware that her twin sister, Bavani is also one of the victims. However, things get complicated when Bairavi met with an accident and has to rely on a wheelchair. After attaining psychic ability and hallucination upon her sister’s demise, she is adamant about resolving the case – find out if Bairavi successfully resolves the case and proves that the accused person is guilty in this gripping thriller.
