Experience the New Astro @ Hello Putrajaya
Astro continues to bring the New Astro Experience closer to our customers through our Hello nationwide tour across various cities in Malaysia. Through our Hello event, customers can meet with their favourite TV characters LIVE, interact with their favourite celebrities and have a hands-on experience with Astro’s extensive content offerings and latest products including the Ultra Box, Astro Fibre and Astro GO.
The Hello Putrajaya! spans over 3 days from 21 - 23 June at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. Attendees will not only enjoy a plethora of fun activities inspired by our popular programmes but also get hands-on experience with Astro's extensive content offerings and latest products, such as the Ultra Box, Astro Fibre and Astro GO.
The highlight of our event would be on 22 June where customers will be able to meet and greet their favourite celebrities such as, Meerqeen, Mierul Aiman and Erysha Emyra. They will also be able to watch performances by artistes from The Hardest Singing Show such as Ayda Jebat, Aisha Retno and Aepul Roza.
Following that, the next Hello events will be our Hello Kedah! in Alor Setar on 5th of July and Hello Penang! on the 13 July. There’s something for everyone and I hope you’ll join us at our events.
Hello Astro Fleet to Reach Customers in their Communities
As an extension to our Hello nationwide tour, today (20 June 2024), Astro launched its Hello Astro Fleet, of 17 new vehicles which will head out to different states all over Malaysia. The Hello Astro Fleet will allow Astro to reach and engage customers in their communities for them to experience the New Astro.
These vehicles will offer a convenient and personalised way to learn about Astro’s services, ask questions, and conduct transactions. e.g., upgrade to Ultra Box, technical enquiry and signing up for Astro. Spot the Hello Astro Fleet and say Hello! as we will be giving out free gifts to customers who interact with the Hello Astro Fleet.
