RAAGA invites single Malaysians aged between 18 to 30 years old to audition for ‘Mr & Miss RAAGA’, an online pageant, from now until 5 April 2023 on Instagram.
To participate:
o Contestants must upload, on their personal Instagram page, an unedited photo of themselves wearing traditional Indian attire.
o In the caption, contestants must include their full name, as well as use the hashtag #MMRAAGA and tag @raaga.my.
o During the contest period, participating Instagram accounts must be set to public.
From the submissions received, ten contestants will be shortlisted. Fans can then vote once a day for their favourite contestants from each category via RAAGA website, from 10 until 13 April 2023.
Five finalists with the highest votes from each category will compete in the Grand Finale on 21 April 2023 held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.
The two winners of ‘Mr & Miss RAAGA’ will be crowned RAAGA’s Thalapathy (Mr) and RAAGA’s Apsara (Miss), taking home RM3,000 in cash each.
