Kuala Lumpur – MIX radio station has launched the “One World, One Humanity” campaign, an initiative aimed at easing the suffering of war victims in Gaza. In collaboration with the non-governmental organization (NGO) Karisma Humanitarian Outreach Mission (KHOM), this initiative seeks to inspire meaningful efforts to assist those in need and strengthen social activism among Malaysians.
Inspired by the spirit of unity and humanity, MIX has taken on a clear mission: to aid the people of Gaza who are enduring one of the most critical humanitarian crises.
This initiative reflects MIX’s vision of building a more compassionate, resilient, and equitable society. Its initial phase focuses on providing critical winter aid to the people of Gaza, delivering immediate relief to help them survive the harsh conditions of winter amidst ongoing conflict.

The people of Gaza need us now more than ever, and it’s truly humbling to see how Malaysians have come together so quickly and selflessly to support this cause. This has been made possible through the power of radio connecting us all, and it is Malaysians’ kindness that transforms those connections into meaningful action,” said Rosalind Teng, Brand Manager of MIX.
The campaign was launched in conjunction with the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, with an initial goal to raise RM10,000 by 29 November 2024.
AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS: RM30,000 RAISED ON THE FIRST DAY
The campaign's launch on 26 November received overwhelming support. Within just four hours, the initial target of RM10,000 was achieved. Thanks to the generosity of Malaysians, the target was then raised to RM30,000, which was successfully reached by 8 PM on the same day.
However, the mission doesn’t stop here. Every contribution can save more lives and give hope to those who have lost everything. Radio plays a role in uniting communities, and this campaign proves that with collective efforts, we can create significant change.
MIX invites all Malaysians to continue supporting this campaign to help Gaza war victims endure the harsh winter ahead. Together, we can create a world that is more compassionate and full of humanity.
