Win cash prizes and an opportunity to record a song
- All Malaysians stand a chance to take home cash prizes and record a song in RAAGA’s singing competition, ‘RAAGA Idol’, which is open for auditions from now until 21 August 2020.
- Interested contestants can audition via their personal Instagram accounts, which must be set to public during the contest period.
- To begin, contestants need to choose a song to sing from a list of albums provided on the RAAGA website.
- Contestants must then post a one-minute video of them singing the chosen song on Instagram and use the hashtag #RAAGAIDOL and tag @raaga.my in the caption.
- The top 5 shortlisted contestants will be invited to the Grand Finale of ‘RAAGA Idol’ on 6 September 2020, upon which three contestants with the highest scores will be announced as winners and take home a total cash prize of RM3500 and receive the opportunity to record a song with a popular local composer.
