Statement on COVID-19: Confirmed cases in Kota Kinabalu Office

Further to Astro Malaysia’s media statement dated 12 Nov 2020, four more employees at its sales office in KK Times Square, Kota Kinabalu have been tested positive for COVID-19 today.

The employees concerned are home quarantined while waiting for medical treatment at a government hospital. Astro wishes them speedy recovery and would like to emphasise that health and safety of our employees is our biggest priority. We are working with the health authorities to get all our staff in KK to get tested as soon as possible.”

As a precautionary measure, Astro offices in KK Times Square are closed for thorough cleaning and disinfection. The Customer Service Centre will reopen on 18 Nov 2020.
